Important Notes and Rules for 2026 Burning Foot Beach Festival Food Vendors
- Applications and payment are due by July 1, 2026. Any vendors that have not provided the application and payment by July 1, 2026 will not be considered for the 2026 event.
- You may accept any type of payment and will be responsible for your own sales. You may only sell pop and water. No alcoholic beverages may be sold.
- IMPORTANT SET-UP / TEAR-DOWN INFO: All food trucks and booths MUST be set up on Friday, August 28, 2026 between the hours of 9:00am–4:00pm. On Saturday, August 29, 2026, you may load in food or supplies until 10:00am. Tear-down must be complete by Sunday, August 30, 2026 at 10:00am. We will have a sign for you to place on your trailer indicating “Ready to Pull.” If you are not ready by 10:30am, vehicles will be pulled off the beach before festival attendees begin arriving at 11:00am.
- ZERO IMPACT INITIATIVE: We are working hard toward being a zero-impact festival. To assist us in these efforts, we require the use of sustainable packaging. All serving items (plates, bowls, forks, napkins, etc.) must be compostable or greenware products. Compliance will be confirmed by inspection on the day of the event. Vendors not meeting this requirement will not be allowed to serve.
- You must provide your own source of power, including a generator if needed, for the event.
- You must provide your own ice, tables, and any other items needed for your setup.
- Due to our festival insurance policy, ALL volunteers and workers must be 21 years of age or older. NO EXCEPTIONS.
