Terms
Terms are net 30 days from date of invoice with approved credit. All unearned discounts will be charged back to the customer. Interest will be collected at the legal maximum rate on all past due accounts. Credit Card payments are accepted only when approved.

Prices
All prices quoted are list prices F.O.B. our factories, and are subject to change without prior notice. All orders are subject to acceptance by Gibraltar, and are acknowledged with prices prevailing at the time of acceptance. Call for your discount.

Acknowledgements
Orders are entered, manufactured, and invoiced in accordance with the acknowledgement. Notify Gibraltar immediately of any discrepancies. Acknowledged orders may not be cancelled or modified without express written approval from the factory.

Shipping Date
The shipping date will be specified on our order acknowledgement. This date specifies when product should leave our factory. We will do everything we can to make sure your product leaves as scheduled. Gibraltar will not be liable for any shipping charges due to late shipment.

Telephone Orders
Telephone orders must be confirmed (marked “confirming”) within 1 day of placement. Orders will not be entered into production until the receipt of confirmation. Duplicate orders not marked “confirming” are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations
Cancellations will not be accepted on a verbal basis. Any order needing to be cancelled must be done so in written form. Cancellations will be subject to charges as follows:

• Restocking of standard bases ready for shipment will be 30% minimum of order.
• All special orders will be prorated by the amount of manufacturing time consumed from the date of the acknowledgement to the date of cancellation.
  
  

Credit
All new customers will be requested to fill out a Gibraltar credit application form. Please call and we will send out the appropriate forms.

Returns
Will not be accepted without prior written authorization by Gibraltar. There will be a 35% minimum restocking charge on all items returned provided all goods are in original condition. All freight charges incurred will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Gibraltar will not accept the return of any custom or special ordered product.

Shipping Weight
Packed weights are approximate, and should be used as a guide only.

Shipment Damage Claims
Legal title to merchandise passes to the buyer upon acceptance by the carrier. All cartons must be carefully inspected upon delivery for visible and concealed damage. If damage has occurred, the carrier must be notified, and the claim filed within 5 days. All of our merchandise is thoroughly inspected before it leaves the factory; therefore, it is the buyer’s sole responsibility to
